Who we are
Kennadian Investments is a North American real estate company with subsidiaries in Canada and the U.S. We started ten plus years ago with a few houses in Detroit and have grown our portfolio to include multifamily complexes across the U.S. and Canada. Providing affordable but quality housing in the southern U.S. market to those who may otherwise not have one has taught us that making money and making the world a better place are not mutually exclusive. We will continue to build on our success and welcome all stakeholders who want to invest in real estate while contributing to the greater economic good.

Meet the Team
Nigel Marsh
MBA- President
Founding Member of Kennadian Investments, with over 35+ years of business experience as a successful entrepreneur. Nigel's business experience is an invaluable resource. Starting his career in entrepreneurship in Organics, Nigel learned the fine art of international trade, a skill that has served Kennadian Investments well in their U.S.-based business. He is a trusted partner to a diverse group of companies, engaged in everything from Data brokering to Government conferences and contracts across North America.
Having completed his MBA at Western- Ivey school of business gives Nigel a broad global prospect of business and is an integral part of Kennadian Investments success.
Baldev Marsh
MBA, CPA- Director of Development
Founding member of Kennadian investments, Baldev learned real estate from the ground up. After seeing the importance of accounting and strong financial knowledge, Baldev completed his MBA and CPA while working at Deloitte, a global accounting firm. His strong financial acumen and passion for real estate make him an invaluable asset in development and investment deals.
